Caroline has expanded her offerings to Cruise bookings. Her experience in event planning and customer relationship management transitioned naturally to this field. Caroline is an independent contractor with Jess Travel and a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).  She is a certified First Mate for Virgin Voyages and has completed Disney's College of Knowledge.

Caroline helps her clients every step of the way from providing itineraries and quotes, making the actual booking and helping with trip extras; such as excursions or lodging before and after the cruise.
